Butchery & BBQ Workshops

We run small, bespoke workshops that are hands-on, entertaining and educational.

As well as private events we also run corporate, team events - for corporate events enquire here.

Each workshop you will learn a range of butchery techniques from experienced master butchers and spend time with our expert BBQ chef. Our expert instructors will guide you through the butchery process, teaching you everything you need to know about meat selection, handling, and preparation. You'll also get to try a banquet of different BBQ including wagyu beef , chicken, and pork.

Each ticket holder made their own Turducken, just like this one. Boneless turkey, chicken and duck around a homemade cranberry and fresh herb stuffing.
