Our small, local business proudly supplies Service Foods Ltd, who then distribute across the New Zealand. We source and exclusive sell Kilcoy products including Carrara 640 Wagyu and Ebony Black Angus

Carrara 640 Wagyu

This award winning Wagyu is brought to New Zealand exclusively by the BBQ Butcher. Every cut of Carrara 640 Wagyu meats exacting standards and displays the characteristic marbling, buttery texture and intense flavour derived through grain feeding and first-class genetics. We can source the full range of marble scores (from 3 to 9+) and a full range of cuts.

Ebony Black Angus

Another exclusive meat brand to the BBQ Butcher, Ebony is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle - one of the oldest standing breeds of cattle - and grain finished for 100 days. Marble scores from Standard Ebony to MB4+ is available in this brand and a full selection of cuts is also available including:

Three raw strip loin or sirloin steaks on a wooden board, all wagyu marble score 9
Four Ebony scotch fillet steaks, raw on a tray
