Lamb & Wagyu Workshop
Date & Time: Saturday, 2 May 2026; 11am - 2.30pm
Venue: Holiday Inn Auckland Airport, 2 Ascot Road, Māngere, Auckland 2022
Welcome to our Lamb Workshop – a hands-on experience you’ll never forget! You’ll start by receiving your very own lamb forequarter and learn how to bone it out and turn it into lamb steaks and a lamb roast.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll also indulge in some irresistible BBQ bites, including wagyu beef, delicious duck, chicken wings, and pork ribs—so be sure to come hungry!
By the end of the day, you’ll not only have gained valuable skills, but you’ll also take home a butcher’s knife, a goodie bag, and your very own lamb cuts to enjoy at home.
What you can expect:
Prepare your own lamb forequarter into steaks and roast to take home to cook
