Pork Belly & Wagyu Workshop

Welcome to our exciting Pork Belly & Wagyu Workshop! This will be an unforgettable experience where you can learn to take a whole Pork Belly and break it down into skin on/skin off cuts, pork ribs, pork roast etc. We’ll also have some delicious BBQ food to try including duck, chicken wings, pork ribs and wagyu beef.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away not only with new skills but also with a butcher’s knife, a goodie bag, and your own cuts of pork to enjoy at home.
